Contact us before placing your order for a more up-to-date turnaround time frame. When you place your order, we will provide an estimated delivery date.
Can I make changes to my custom order after it has been placed?
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. If you need to make any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible. If the work on your order has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate your changes. However, once the engraving or crafting process has started, we may not be able to make modifications.
How long does it take to create and ship my order?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you alongside the post office to resolve the issue, whether it involves repairing the item, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund. Most orders under $100 include a $100 insurance with the shipping label purchased, so you may also need to reach out to the post office to inquire about a refund.
