As a 2020 heart transplant recipient myself, as well as having met a lot of incredible Heart Transplant Warriors, I wanted to create ornaments that could be hung up year-round as a powerful symbol and reminder of the selfless Gift received and the tremendous strength each of us Transplant Warriors had to have, to overcome the difficulties of such an incredible journey.
