Thank you for shopping at Heartfelt LaserWorks. We are so happy you found us!
Please ensure you have your correct and confirmed mailing and billing address listed when placing an order. This helps avoid delays in processing and delivery of your purchase. If USPS deems your mailing address incorrect when creating a label, a courtesy email will be sent asking for an updated mailing address. To avoid delays, your item will be mailed to the address on file after three business days. Please be aware that Heartfelt LaserWorks is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undeliverable packages. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, shipping out the package to the corrected address will incur a new shipping charge (same as previously paid on order). If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to let you know and assist you in getting your package mailed again.

Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during holidays or promotional events. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone, provided you left them with us during checkout. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
While most orders will ship within five business days, duty station sign orders may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to design, create, and mail (not including delivery times), especially around busy holidays and summer moves. If you need a rush order, please get in touch with us at info@heartfeltlaserworks.com with the subject line 'Rush Order Needed' before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your needs. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Free Ground Shipping (3-10 business days once shipped) is available on orders over $65 when shipping within the 48 contiguous states and over $75 to Alaska and Hawaii.
The order total is calculated after any discounts are applied and does not include taxes and shipping charges. Free Ground Shipping does not apply to expedited or international shipping options. It is automatically applied at checkout once your order qualifies!

Most items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require longer processing time. Some oversized or heavy items can only be shipped within the Contiguous United States. Please get in touch with U.S. Postal Services* if you live in either of these States and have any further shipping questions.
Shipping to FPO or APO addresses
Heartfelt LaserWorks gladly ships to US Armed Forces addresses. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery date if shipping to an APO/FPO address. Double-check your overseas military address, as we cannot confirm it. We will ship your purchase to the address you provide us. We are not responsible for items lost or returned due to inaccurate addresses.
Canada and International Shipping Policy
Our shipping prices may not always reflect actual shipping price values. We ask Canadian and International Shoppers to provide us with their addresses before purchasing so we can provide real-time shipping prices. Free shipping discounts and offers on our website or social media do not apply to Canadian or International shipments.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND requesting an insurance add-on when placing a purchase. If the add-on insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Heartfelt LaserWorks is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
Express shipping
Express shipping is available for most products in our store and only for orders within the Contiguous US. Shipping charges are calculated based on real-time carrier rates for USPS or FedEx.
Product Availability
We display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If a product's availability date changes, we will notify you directly. Please get in touch with Guest Services for additional information.
Pricing Policy
All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of specific merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Heartfelt LaserWorks is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. We encourage our customers to purchase shipping insurance for orders over $50 shipped within the US or for any order shipped to Canada or internationally. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages if you opt not to have them insured. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
