Refund Policy

We hope you love your item as much as we loved making it. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Please see the exceptions below for non-returnable items.

If you need to return an item, please get in touch with us at info@heartfeltlaserworks.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. We reserve the right to only accept a refund to the sender with prior return approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Extended Holiday Returns

Here's a little extra cushion this holiday! The return policy for items purchased on our website between 11/1 and 12/25 has been extended. These items can be returned (if applicable; see exceptions above in the 'Returns' section) for refund or exchange up to 14 days from 12/26 instead of 14 days from purchase.

Return Shipping

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs unless the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Just changed your mind and would like an exchange instead? Contact us at info@heartfeltlaserworks.com with your order number and the product you would like to exchange for your purchased item, and we will do our best to help you. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on the following items:

If shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

Refund Process 

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags must be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have yet to receive it, recheck your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded unless the sale item was shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive you'll credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 
Kindly be aware that if the item was not designated as a gift during the purchase or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves for later delivery to you, we will notify the gift giver regarding your return, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
